Technical Support
Purchasers
of software licenses for DataShare’s software are entitled to an
intial period of end-user support. At the expiration of the initial
period user organisations may subscribe to our “Annual Software
Support” service.
Subscribers to this service are entitled to:
- automatic updates to there software covered by the service agreements as these are released
- unlimited end-user support by e-mail, fax, or phone.

licence/support holders of DataShare products should contact Power
Consultants Pty for updated information on these agreements.
